At Perfectly Precise Beauty & Hair, we offer a wide range of spa treatments to help you relax and revitalize. Our experienced professionals provide a personalized experience for each client. From massages to facials and body treatments, we use only the highest quality products to ensure your complete satisfaction. Due to the nature of the Services offered, each order is exempt from the seven day cooling off period under the Distance Selling Regulations. You understand and agree that no statutory right to cancel a booking made for either Massage Treatments or beauty treatments shall be applicable. You may still cancel a booking based on the contractual terms provided 

In the event that you change your mind about your booking prior to the agreed appointment start time in that booking ("Massage Appointment Time") and or (“Selected Hair or Beauty Treatment Time”) then the Therapist may agree to treat the booking as cancelled without requiring any payment if such cancellation was made via Customer Care on 7063510342 or contact@perfectlyprecise.us unless it is a Late or Very Late Cancellation. No cancellation request will be entertained unless such request was made via Customer Care at least twelve (12) hours prior to the Massage Appointment Time or Facial, Brow, Lash,Waxing, Permanent Makeup or Hair Treatment Time or if the Massage Appointment Time or Facial, Brow, Lash,Waxing, Permanent Makeup, Hair Treatment Time, Beauty Treatment Time falls within twelve(12) hours of the time of booking, within ten (10) minutes of you having confirmed that you want to make a booking ("Grace Period"). After this Grace Period and within the twelve (12) hours of the Hair or Massage Appointment Time or Facial, Brow, Lash,Waxing, Permanent Makeup or Hair Treatment Time (“Very Late Cancellation”), Therapist will be entitled to charge a partial or full payment. Please note that the Therapist is under no obligation to change appointment dates or times from that originally confirmed after the preferred booking

For any other cancellation, including without limitation, cancellation on or after Massage or Beauty Treatment Appointment Time or failure to attend a booking at the Massage Appointment or Beauty Treatment Appointment Time and/or at the designated premises, a full treatment fee shall be due.

It is not unreasonable to expect the Independent Therapist to provide massage treatments or other beauty treatments where you cancel with short or no notice. The Cancellation fee shall be used to compensate the Therapist.

We may choose to waive the Cancellation fees in our absolute discretion for any force majeure event. In such cases, we act as a Independent Therapist who is the principal in supplying the Massage Services and or beauty or hair treatment Services.
